Get to know your fellow retreat-goers

-Upon your arrival in Costa Rica, you will transfer to Nammbu Beachfront Bungalows and check in.

-To help acquaint you with your fellow travelers, a session of ice breakers will follow.

-The day ends with a mouthwatering dinner and a yoga nidra session, a deeply relaxing practice that will prepare you for sleep.

Day 2 · March 25, 2025

Begin feeling your own power with movement and horseback riding

-Wake up to a beautiful, gentle morning in Puerto Carrillo and attend a yoga session designed to help awaken you.

-Complete the morning with breakfast, and enjoy free time to explore and connect with your sorroundings.

-The afternoon is free, allowing you to explore the bungalows, relax on the beach, or sink deeper into your practice.

-In early evening, we will attend a yoga for strength workshop. Here, you will be guided through powerful movements that will give you an acute awareness of your own abilities.

-The day ends with dinner at 6:30 pm.

Day 3 · March 26, 2025

Explore Chora Island and the wonders that live beneath the sea

-The morning once again begins with yoga and breakfast, fueling you for the adventure to come.

-At 10:30 am, we will depart for an exhilarating adventure kayaking and snorkeling at Chora Island (Isla Chora) near Samara! Imagine paddling across the stunning bay to a pristine white sandy beach, where you’ll dive into crystal-clear turquoise waters brimming with vibrant marine life—tropical fish, graceful sea turtles, and colorful starfish await your discovery. This all-inclusive tour provides everything you need—transportation, top-notch equipment, and delicious refreshments.

-Back at the accommodation, we will end the day with calming, restorative yoga and dinner.

Day 4 · March 27, 2025

Enjoy a final full day in Costa Rica

-Our last full day in Costa Rica begins with our usual routine of gentle yoga to wake up, breakfast, and free time.

-Afternoon free time allows you to get in touch with your intentions and make contact with your inner world.

-One last yoga for strength workshop will equip you with tools to continue your personal development long after the retreat ends.

-We will commune as a group in the evening for a final dinner. Laugh over shared memories and prepare to head home in the morning.

Day 5 · March 28, 2025

Bid farewell to Costa Rica

-Before we check out of our accommodation, we will have a yoga session designed around resilience. Breakfast then follows.

-Say goodbye to Costa Rica as we transfer to the airport and fly home! Safe travels.

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
