Monica has been a student of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) for over two decades and was personally trained in the work of the Shadow by Debbie Ford. Monica has found that our biggest gifts have been darkened by our rejection of our own shadows and believes that our purpose in this life is to become whole again.

Welcome to Paradise

Welcome to the beginning of your soul's transformational experience in the heart of Costa Rica. An individual transfer will whisk us away from the airport to our sanctuary, where nature's whispers along the drive will guide us toward alignment with our higher selves.

Upon arrival at the lodging, we will briefly settle our luggage and then enjoy a nourishing welcome dinner. A feast for body and soul!

Afterward, we will gather as a group for an opening circle, a beautiful way for us to get to know each other and to begin this wonderful retreat journey together.

Please note that there are no direct flights to Cobano Airport. You will need to book a local flight from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).

Day 2 · November 20, 2024

A Day to Remember

We greet the day with a rewarding heart opening yoga session. This will be followed by breakfast and some free time before we gather in our sacred circle to set our intentions. Here, amidst the mystical atmosphere and with support from one another, we delve into the depths of our shadows. With authenticity as our guiding light, we set forth on our journey in earnest.

Lunch provides us with the energy we need to confront the hidden parts of ourselves. Our work continues with a meditation session during which we journey inward, unraveling the threads of our inner child and reclaiming fragments of our soul's essence. We conclude the day with dinner before resting for the night.

Day 3 · November 21, 2024

The Cleansing Waters

An inspiring yoga session is followed by a delectable breakfast before departing on our beautiful excursion to a secluded local waterfall. Once we arrive, we'll immerse ourselves in the healing power of the water and admire Mother Nature's stunning handiwork.

After we allow the waters to cleanse and purify our spirits, we will spend the remainder of the day back at the retreat venue at our leisure. Embrace the gift of free time and allow your soul to wander and explore the depths of your inner landscape.

A beautiful dinner followed by a reflection circle will end the day.

Day 4 · November 22, 2024

Letting Go

We gather in the morning at yoga to open our hearts to miracles. With each breath, we surrender to the endless possibilities that await us, embracing the transformative power of the present moment.

After breakfast we will explore what the past few days have surfaced that we may have hid from ourselves.

We will focus on the process of forgiveness. Whatever we might have uncovered about ourselves, we are going to come to terms with them and learn to let go.

A nourishing dinner and post-meal circle will cap off a very transformative day.

Grounding our Roots

Let your soul invite the gifts of the universe during a restorative morning yoga session. After, savor a nutritious breakfast, then enjoy free time to relax, make use of the pool, and unwind.

After lunch we will immerse ourselves in the act of journaling, exploring the depths of our hearts to uncover how we truly desire to be loved. Following this, a workshop on contracts, money, and success will enlighten us on how we can achieve our goals.

After a day of self-discovery and wisdom, we gather in a circle to find strength in vulnerability. Dinner caps off another soulful day amidst the nature of Costa Rica.

Glimmers of Gold

Open yourself to miracles this morning — allow positive energies to flow through your being as we reflect on this wonderful journey that has brought us to this moment of empowerment and transformation.

Today's yoga awakens your spirit and breakfast will taste extra rewarding, considering how far we've come spiritually. After the morning meal, we come together for a workshop centered on finding the gold within ourselves and honoring the sacred essence of our beings.

Pausing briefly to nourish our bodies with snacks, we then delve into a journaling session, allowing our pens to guide us inward as we explore the depths of our souls.

Following a delicious lunch, we embrace moments of free time.

As evening descends, we gather for a final dinner, marking the culmination of our journey to seek out and embrace all parts of ourselves.

Until We Meet Again

As we gather for one final breakfast together, we express gratitude for the transformative journey we've shared. With our souls healed, selves restored, and hearts open, we bid farewell to the sanctuary that has held us safely in its embrace.

The transfer to the airport will depart after breakfast.

This consciously designed property was built with wellness in mind and caters to groups of yogis and spiritual seekers. At night, you’ll do just that in your Balinese-style rooms, all featuring plush bedding, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, AC, and ample deck space. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
