Tamarindo Vibes: Sun, Surf, and Adventure with Maddie

-Touch down at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), where your Costa Rican adventure officially begins! Connect with the group for the first time as we take our transfer to the hotel.

-Once you check in, it's all about that free time to unwind and soak in the tropical atmosphere. Whether you're hitting the pool or strolling the beach, today is all about chilling and adjusting to the stunning surroundings. Tomorrow, the real adventures begin!

-Breakfast begins the day, fueling up for an epic trek to come.

-We’re heading to the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, one of Costa Rica's most active volcanoes. Strap in for a guided hike through the lush forests and hot springs, where you'll discover volcanic craters, bubbling mud pots, and the raw power of nature. Along the way, you’ll get to cool off with a refreshing dip in the La Leona Waterfall, a powerful and awe-inspiring sight (that’s also super gorgeous).

-Once we return to the hotel, the remainder of today is schedule free.

-Surf’s up! Today’s adventure is a surfing lesson, and no better spot to do it than the gorgeous shores right by our hotel.

-This beginner-friendly lesson on these iconic beaches, with warm Pacific waters and consistent waves, will get you on the board in no time. Your instructor will guide you every step of the way, so don’t worry if you’ve never done this before. Pop up, keep your balance, and have fun!

-After a fun-filled morning in the surf, head back to the hotel to unwind and enjoy some free time. Whether you’re chilling by the pool or exploring the town, you’ll have the rest of the day to do your thing!

-This morning is free for your own exploration. Beach strolls, lively bars, and delicious local bites await. What’s calling you?

-In the afternoon, we’ll set sail on a sunset catamaran tour. Feel the sea breeze as you cruise along the Pacific coastline, with stunning views and the perfect spot to catch the golden hour. Enjoy a cold lunch, sip on drinks from the open bar, and dive into the vibrant underwater world with a snorkeling session.

-As the sun dips below the horizon, we are greeted with stunning hues of pink, orange, and purple, bidding farewell to our final full day here in Costa Rica.

-Once night falls, you’re free to celebrate your final evening however you see fit.

-One final breakfast in paradise awaits before we pack up and check out, heading to the airport for our flights home via group transfer.
