Arrival and welcoming rituals in Costa Rica
-Your rejuvenating dance retreat has begun as you land in tropical Costa Rica! Upon your arrival at Liberia Airport, we'll whisk you away to the serene Nammbu Beachfront Bungalows.
-After settling in, join us for an orientation session to familiarize yourself with the retreat’s amenities and activities. This brief session will be followed by a delightful welcome dinner, where you can connect with fellow attendees and share your aspirations for the days ahead.
-As the sun sets, immerse yourself in a transformative sound bath, designed to set intentions and align your energy.
-The rest of the evening is yours to relax under the starlit sky or retreat to your bungalow for some quiet reflection.
Day 2 · October 14, 2025
Dance, hike, and chill in paradise
-Start your first full morning in Costa Rica with a nourishing breakfast, fueling up for the vibrant day ahead.
-Stretch it out during morning yoga, a time to ground, release, and center.
-After, embrace the natural beauty of Costa Rica with a scenic hike in Samara, a journey that promises breathtaking views and a deep connection with nature.
-Upon returning to the accommodation, take some time to relax and refresh before gathering for dinner where you can savor the local flavors.
-The evening culminates in a Sisterhood session, an intimate and empowering gathering designed to foster deep connections and shared reflections in this tranquil paradise. Be open to what your heart needs and what community can offer.
Day 3 · October 15, 2025
Yoga and free time allow for inner and outer exploration
-Begin your day with a peaceful breakfast followed by a dance class that will get your blood pumping and sync you with the rhythm of the tropical landscape.
-Enjoy some free time to relax, or head out on an optional ATV adventure and explore the landscape with a local guide. (See add-ons for pricing and more information.)
-As the day winds down, reconvene for a communal dinner where delicious, healthy cuisine and heartfelt conversations at a Sister Circle create lasting bonds.
Day 4 · October 16, 2025
Spend some time in the crystal clear waters snorkeling with the local dolphins!
-Kick off the day with a wholesome breakfast, fueling up for an exhilarating adventure.
-Dive into the day with a dolphin snorkeling tour, an unforgettable experience that brings you up close with the ocean’s playful inhabitants in their natural habitat.
-After your marine encounter, choose between indulging in a pampering spa day or enjoying some free time to soak up the sun and serene vibes of the retreat.
-As evening approaches, gather for dinner, where you can share stories of the day’s adventures and unwind with fellow guests in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the retreat.
Day 5 · October 17, 2025
Dance it out one last time in paradise
-Our final full day has arrived, but we promise there is more to do, see, and experience! After breakfast, step into the rhythm one last time for a dance class that celebrates movement and expression.
-The afternoon offers free time for last-minute connections or simply relaxing and absorbing the peaceful energy of the retreat.
-When the sun sets, our time here culminates with a Last Dance, a joyous private celebration at the beach filled with music, laughter, and dance. Let the music and good vibes flow as you watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky with vibrant colors. Then, we'll have dinner and a closing ceremony, a heartfelt gathering to honor the memories made and the transformations experienced together in this vibrant community retreat. Day 6 · October 18, 2025
Say your goodbyes and start your journey home
-Rise and shine with the Costa Rican sun one last time, and enjoy a final breakfast here at the retreat.
-At 10:00 am, the group transfer will take you back to the airport to catch your flight.
-We hope this experience refreshed your mind, body, and soul. Safe travels and be well!

Nammbu is a charming and cozy retreat located in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica, known for its picturesque landscapes and beautiful beaches. Situated near the popular Carrillo Beach, this inviting accommodation offers guests a relaxing and authentic Costa Rican experience from the moment they arrive.
The property features comfortable, well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, including air conditioning, private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and a terrace or balcony to soak in the stunning views. Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed.
