TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until August 15, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by August 15, 2023 and will receive a full refund.

Day 1
Set Your Intentions - feel the ancient energy of the landscape as you enjoy a spa night, activation circle, and welcome dinner at your hotel with views of the pyramids
Welcome to Egypt — a magical wonder of the ancient world frozen in time for all to enjoy. This is our backdrop for a week of inner work, work that will allow us to tap into our inner essence, acknowledge that fear is our greatest opportunity for growth, and remind us all that separation is nothing but an illusion.
Upon arrival, take your group transfer from the airport to your luxurious accommodation in Cairo that sits across from the Pyramids of Giza. The energy alone will help you engage with your true form and allow you to anchor your authentic identity in this ancient space. At 5:00 pm, we’ll come together for a welcome circle activation where Eric will set the tone for the experience and help us open up to a place of vulnerability where we can receive the gifts from the land and our higher selves.
During our free time, indulge in a spa treatment made for Egyptian royalty, then enjoy the view of the pyramids during our welcome dinner. Eric will teach us that every moment is set with intention; that each day is intentional. With life as our altar, every moment is a prayer. We’ll close out the night with an evening activity that will help us cultivate integrity, truth, compassion, and discipline. Breathe in, breathe out, align.
Day 2
Magnify Expression: Learn about influence as you tour the major sites in Cairo, and awaken your creativity during a hands-on perfume workshop
Rise and shine to the buzzing energy of Egypt and prepare for a day filled with history, culture, sightseeing, and inner exploration. Each morning, we’ll wake up with the sun and start the flow of energy in our bodies with fresh fruit and a delicious elixir filled with nutritious goodness. From here, Eric will take us through a morning ritual and close out our spiritual routine with yoga, movement, and primal energy flow.
Our morning workshop today will prep us for our tour through ancient Cairo, focusing on letting go of self image and releasing the aging paradigm we’ve been taught since birth. We’ll reignite our inner child’s flame and focus on genuine expression that comes from the heart and soul — two key aspects of becoming a Sovereign Leader.
Our journey continues as we explore our outer world starting at the Giza Pyramids. Your guide will explain the historical significance of these ancient wonders and give ample time for pictures. During this part of our day, Eric will teach us about the concept of influence in our inner and outer worlds, something that can transform our lives for better or for worse. Let the magic of the landscape help you work through his energetic lessons, giving you the strength to step into your inherent power. From here, we'll visit The Great Sphinx and break for lunch to refuel, nourish, and refresh.
Up next, we’ll attend a perfume making workshop that will help you connect with Egyptian culture. During this time, Eric will teach us how to focus on creating the future we desire and deserve by releasing the rest. We’ll paint our vision of the future we crave to see and learn how to actualize our dreams by releasing our masks and fears. Our last two stops of the day are the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities and a tour of the famed Khan el Khalili bazaar, a marketplace with ample opportunities to shop and taste some local delicacies. Learn about Egyptian culture and grab some souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones back home.
Once we return to the hotel, we’ll come together for a group meal that will offer us time to reflect, share, and gaze at the glorious pyramids we explored earlier in the day. Soak it all in during our evening practice and give thanks to the creator and life itself.
Day 3
Confronting Fear: Fly to Luxor, activate your sovereignty at a wealth of ancient sites, and board your private boat to embark on a river cruise into Egypt's past
Prepare for an epic day growth and transformation with our morning routine, giving you one last chance to enjoy the pyramid views from the property. From here, we’ll pack up and travel to the airport where we’ll fly to Luxor to begin the second half of this incredible journey.
Upon arrival, we’ll hop in our transfer and and focus on embracing our inner sovereign while we tour the Valley of the Kings, the Hatshepsut Temple, and the Karnak Temples. Through the energy of the land and Eric’s wisdom, we’ll begin to reclaim our power by acknowledging our fears and reclaim our confidence that will build our self-respect by releasing our inner sovereignty and our dreams.
After a day of sightseeing, we’ll be rewarded with luxury in the form of a private dahabiya. Forgo the classic Nile River cruise and live a life of posh comfort on this traditional ship that will allow us to see the road (or waterway) less traveled. On board, you can chat with fellow travelers, sample some food, and lounge just like Cleopatra or Marc Antony. This is truly the way to integrate our learning and embrace the powerful leader within.
We’ll end the day with dinner on the water as we sail beneath the starry sky before Eric teaches us how to activate our voice. It’s time to forgo the uncertainty within and communicate our truths through integrity, love, compassion, and strength.
Day 4
Put on Your Sovereign Crown: Sail to Edfu and visit its legendary temple while Eric teaches you to enhance your embodiment
Awaken to gorgeous views on the Nile and dine in style with ancient Egypt as your backdrop. We’ll sail to Edfu as we complete our morning rituals and routines on the ship, today’s focus on self-realization, releasing masks, and putting on our crown of sovereignty. This is the time to amplify self-love and face the inner challenges that keep us from vulnerability. In this space of freedom, we can balance the sacred union of masculine and feminine energies within.
We’ll refuel from our hard work with lunch then tour the Edfu Temple with our guide. Dig into the past before we get back on the ship where you’ll have ample free time to lounge and relax like the royalty you are. Once we’re rested, we’ll come together for a spoken word expression workshop with Eric, indulge in a stellar meal as the sun sets over the river, and close out the night with our evening practice. Soak in every moment and relish in the joy we’re creating as a community.
Day 5
Forgive and Let Go: Enjoy some free time on the water to embrace your inner Pharaoh in between workshops with Eric
Our journey through Egypt continues today, but our focus is all about majesty and royal energy. A free day on the schedule without tours or excursions will allow us time to secure those royal vibrations and the energy of the kings and queens that once walked these lands. We’ll rise with the sun and partake in our morning routine, preparing us for the inner work that lies ahead.
Today, Eric will have us focus our energy on self-forgiveness, giving us the time to let go of the masks we’ve been donning and the space to drop our inner walls that keep us feeling a false sense of safety and security. We can’t connect with those around us and become Sovereign Leaders without being vulnerable to this process and to the world around us. It’s here we can begin to show up with love, truth, and integrity — the keys to inner and outer success. We’ll break through the barriers we’ve created for ourselves and unlearn the triggers society has taught us to feel, building a new identity of authenticity in the process.
After all of our hard work, you can swim, sunbathe, connect, and relax in Egypt’s ancient paradise with ample free time on the boat. We’ll reunite at dinner time and close out the day with a Sound Journey experience under the stars. Embrace your inner Pharaoh as we sail along this truly remarkable place in history.
Day 6
Conscious Devotion & Sovereignty: Visit the Temple of Horemheb and live the leisure life on the river
We welcome a new day with conscious devotion, as we take in the breathtaking scenery along the river banks. After our morning rituals and routines, we’ll sail to Gebel Silsileh to explore the Temple of Horemheb. A lesser-known site away from tourist crowds, marvel at the colorful hieroglyphs and enjoy a walk through the ancient caves. Horemheb’s ultimate goal was to restore the traditional worship of Amon, and you’ll see his progress within the ruins.
Upon returning to the ship, the rest of the afternoon is free and clear for the royal treatment. Leisure allows us to rest our minds, bodies, and souls, and integrate all that we’ve released and gained over the last few days.
As the sun begins to set over the ancient backdrop, we’ll enjoy dinner then participate in an activity geared towards embracing the sovereign. Eric will guide us to access the Kingdom and Queendom of Heaven within, leaving us feeling empowered and spiritually fulfilled. We’ll close out the day with our evening practice and rest our heads with a new sense of lightness, life, and purpose.
Day 7
Embracing Abunance & Responsibility: Explore the Kom Ombo Temple and soak in one last day on the water before a farewell celebration with the group
How are you feeling as you wake up to one final day on the water? That sovereign energy should be flowing through your veins and into your heart, allowing you to see the world through a new lens and give you the confidence to take responsibility in your new seat of reverence. Today’s focus is self-actualization and the ability to clearly see the abundance in ourselves and the land around us. This transformative day will be one that you’ll remember forever, a true remembrance of our ancient wisdom and present birthright.
After our morning routines and workshops, we’ll explore the only double temple in Egypt — the Kom Ombo Temple. The name translates to the Hill of God and you’ll see why as you explore its unique grounds. After time for questions, pictures, and history, we’ll get back on the boat and make our way to our final port.
It’s back to royal status on the boat with ample free time and a clear schedule until the sun begins to set. When it does, put your best dress on and enjoy your Embodying the Sovereign Celebration. This is the time to reflect on all that you’ve seen, accomplished, and experienced. Give thanks to your group and the land while you sail into the night.
Day 8
Embracing Transformation: Connect with the mother goddess Isis at the Philae Temple before docking in Aswan
It's the final day on our private dahabiya, but that doesn't mean that the fun is over quite yet. We'll have one last morning on the boat to participate in our sunrise rituals before traveling to the Philae Temple. Located on the island of Agilka, this incredible complex dates back to the 7th century BC and honors the mother goddess Isis. It’s here we can truly align with the Mother of the ancient world and open our hearts to all.
After our tour, we'll enjoy lunch on the ship and a closing circle where we’ll write letters to our future selves, reminding us all of the power we’ve created and embodied on this odyssey. Once we dock in Aswan, the group will transfer to our accommodation in the city, have a free night to enjoy the area, and rest up for tomorrow morning’s sacred experience.
Day 9
Experience the Divine: Immerse yourself in the sacred energy of the Sun Festival at Abu Simbel
We’re up early today, long before the sun, to embark on a journey to Abu Simbel which features two beautiful, rock-cut temples. We’ll spend the morning here participating in the annual Sun Festival where we’ll watch the sunlight align with the doorway of Nefertari's temple, a once-in-a-lifetime sight to behold. As the golden rays enters the inner chamber, feel the ancient power flowing through the area, aligning your body, mind, and soul with the magic of a forgotten world.
Moreover, on the walls of the temples, you’ll see a depiction of the Battle of Kadesh — noted as one of the first ‘world’ wars to take place on Earth. From this violence rose great hope in the form of the first peace treaty ever created, a turning point for humans and their primal rage. It’s through these etched reliefs that we are given the final piece of our sovereign leadership puzzle. We can learn from this history and create our own peace treaties with others to leave this land and our people better than we found it. Soak up the rising sunshine and an experience like no other before we head back to the hotel for breakfast and checkout.
After a truly magical morning, we’ll take our transfer to the airport and board our flight back to Cairo, where we’ll spend one final night in these historic lands.

A New Chapter: Say your goodbyes and start the journey home
The time has come to say goodbye to the beauty of Egypt, her magic, and the new friends we’ve made. After breakfast, pack up and take your group transfer to your terminal to catch your flight.
We hope you had an unforgettable experience and will continue to use your energetic toolkit when you get home. Keep cultivating the sacred energy of the land and the sovereign magic you were meant to embody. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
Do I need a passport for this trip?
A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country. Most international tours require a passport that's valid for at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your itinerary. TourHero will not issue refunds based on passport issues such as renewals or lost passports.

Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until August 15, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by August 15, 2023 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip by August 15, 2023 for a refund, minus the deposit amount.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour (see our COVID-19 guarantee on the tour itinerary page). We suggest buying your own travel insurance for coverage of cancellations within 30 days of the tour commencing for reasons other than a full tour cancellation.
