Over the past 7 years, I have amassed over 1100 hours of training in Yoga + Ayurveda. I’m now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, a 600-hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a Transformational Retreat Facilitator (7 times and counting!), and an Intuitive Astrologer.
I’ve been initiated and trained by several well-respected mentors across the US, and I’m very blessed to keep in close contact with them. I have travelled to many places internationally and domestically, creating art, friendship, and memories along the way.
I am a queer and nonbinary human, and I feel this gives me a unique perspective on life and self-expression. Living a life where I’ve constantly been told to either NOT be myself, or to simply be LESS than who I am, has been a pathway to cultivating humility, emotional intelligence, tolerance, patience, and acceptance.
Due to these qualities, I’ve been told that people just feel calm and open in my presence. Regardless of whether my clients are straight or queer, I have a knack for creating spaces where it is safe for them to simply be themselves. And that is a sacred and rare feeling.
I believe that Yoga, Ayurveda, and Community have an immense healing ability to open us all to the Primal Divine Energy (adi para shakti) within.
My sankalpa, or intention, is to cultivate safe spaces for our collective liberation and Self-expression, and to empower others with tools for their self-development and self-care.
