Liz draws on her 17-year experience as a competitive athlete and hundreds of hours of teacher training to offer her students intentional alignment-based yoga for mobility, injury prevention, pain management, and self-discovery. Alongside her passion for yoga, Liz has a tenacious love for travel and adventure. She is not one to shy away from a new challenge, has lived all over the world, and enjoys experiencing new cultures through exploration and discovery. Through yoga, travel, and adventure, she hopes to inspire others to find more confidence, love, and appreciation for themselves. Details

Day 1

Arrive in Iceland and shift into relaxation mode with a stop at the beautiful Blue Lagoon

Welcome to Iceland! Ahead of you lies six days of relaxation and adventure to help awaken and soothe your soul. After landing in Keflavik, you'll be transferred to the famous Blue Lagoon, one of Iceland's most fantastic hot springs. With plenty of time to soak and look out over the gorgeous landscapes of the Icelandic countryside, you'll begin to feel your worries shedding away. We'll then head to Reykjavik, the country's amazing capital city, to check into our hotel and have our first wellness session. Yin/restorative yoga will bring down our energy levels and help us center ourselves while a sound bath will bring us into reflective, meditative states via healing vibrations. Then, after dinner, our first day in Iceland will reach its close. We'll see you in the morning!

Day 2

Explore the local culture of Reykjavik with a culinary tour

Rise and shine! It's a beautiful day in Reykjavik, so wake up and head to a morning breathwork, meditation and yoga session. Here, we'll have a chance to look within as we build energy and get ready for the day. Then, after breakfast, it's time to get out into the city! Our activity for the day will be a culinary tour where we will get to sample the varied flavors that can be found in Reykjavik. From modern international fare to traditional dishes, there's a lot to taste. In the evening, it's back to the accommodation for another relaxing session of restorative/yin yoga and a sound bath.

Day 3

Tour Iceland's famous Golden Circle, a circuit of three unbelievable natural wonders

There's no way around it: Iceland is magical. The natural wonders that can be found in this country seem to defy logic, and we'll begin discovering them today with a tour of the famous Golden Circle! Our morning routine will awaken our senses and give us clarity ahead of this incredible adventure.

Iceland's most renowned sightseeing circuit, the Golden Circle contains three main attractions: Gulfoss, Thingvellir, and Geysir. Gullfoss is an utterly massive waterfall that fills the sky with mist, demonstrating the immense power of water. Thingvellir, on the other hand, is one of Iceland's few national parks, a calm wilderness area that is loaded with history and beauty both subtle and magnificent. Geysir is a geothermal area where bubbling sulfur springs erupt and shoot water high into the air. The combination of these three locations will give you a sense of the unique forces that make Iceland such a special location, and you'll feel incredibly connected to Mother Nature as you explore.

Day 4

Spend a free day exploring Reykjavik at your own pace and focusing in on your wellness

Aside from our morning and evening sessions of yoga and meditation, the first half of today is totally free. That means that you can sink into self-care in whatever way best suits you. You might be in the mood to just roam the city streets, allowing your intuition to guide you as you learn to trust your heart? Or perhaps some long, luxurious hours at the hotel are what you need, dedicating the day to giving yourself rest and space. No matter what you opt for, our wellness sessions will ground us.

After dinner, we have a new and exciting adventure to experience. We'll be closing out the day with a Northern Lights tour! Watch as the night sky erupts into a bouquet of colors; it's truly like witnessing the cosmos coming alive. It's bound to be a spiritual experience that will leave your soul singing.

Day 5

Bask in the divine with more wellness sessions and a Northern Lights tour

It's our final full day in Iceland, and today's schedule is very similar to yesterday's. Our wellness sessions will give us room to work on ourselves in the morning and evening, and free time in between will allow us to continue our personal journeys. Enjoy!

Day 6

Complete your wellness journey and head home with newfound passion and confidence

Rise to your final morning in Iceland with a feeling of gratitude. We'll attend a final morning wellness session to set us forward into the future with a feeling of harmony. From here, it's off to the airport. Our journey here in Iceland may be complete, but you'll be equipped with the tools you need to continue moving into a whole and fulfilling future. Thanks so much for joining us!
