She teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Sivananda and Vinyasa, assisting students in deepening their practice, focusing their energies towards a growing awareness of their personal life, in order to discover their true nature. In her classes you will learn about philosophy, breathing exercises (Pranayamas and Kriyas), Asanas (physical postures), alignments, relaxation and meditation. Her classes are for all levels and in two languages: English and Spanish. Meditation facilitated by Satvika are: 1) Sitting and passive techniques (Vipasana and Mindfulness); 2) Active meditations (Osho’s techniques) that work on the emotional and mental level, through dancing, breathing, shaking, catharsis, chanting, etc; 3) Guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) known as “conscious sleep or yogic sleep” which brings a deep relaxation to the physical, emotional and mental bodies, and is executed in Shavasana (corpse pose).

Day 1

Welcome to India – get settled at your eco-resort and enjoy a welcome dinner at the property's organic cafe

Welcome to Goa! We are so pleased you’re joining us here for 10 days of wellness. Goa is known for its beaches that stretch along the Arabian sea, making this the perfect place for personal transformation and healing of all kinds. Upon arrival, take your transfer from the airport to the retreat and get settled in your room. Tonight, we’ll dine together as a group at the resort’s organic cafe, allowing us to get to know each other and fill our hearts and stomachs with joy.

Day 2

Start the process of personal transformation with morning yoga and multiple meditation sessions

Good morning! We hope you had a restful sleep during your first night at the retreat. We’ll start the day with a Hatha yoga session to wake up the mind and body before a delicious breakfast at the cafe. At 11:00 am, we’ll officially kick off the retreat with an opening circle before one of two meditation sessions. Today will focus on the heart and connection to the self. Enjoy free time to reflect and more delicious organic meals on site, as you begin to immerse yourself in this transformative experience.

Day 3

Focus on prana with a morning yoga session, theory class, and evening Vipassana meditation

Rise and shine to a beautiful day in Goa. We’ll get our minds and bodies ready for the day with a Hatha yoga session that will focus on pranayama. After breakfast, we’ll keep the same theme during a theory class geared towards learning more about the Bandhas, Chakras, and breathing. We’ll have some free time for lunch and relaxation before our evening Vipassana meditation session that will culminate in another delicious meal with our group. Enjoy!

Day 4

Release the tension trapped in your body with yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda massage

Today is all about release, and we’ll work towards releasing tension in the mind, body, and soul with body movement, meditation sessions, and best of all, an Ayurveda massage. Let go of the things holding you back and begin to fully transform yourself into the person you seek to become.

Day 5

Explore your inner world with various wellness sessions focusing on breathing, body movement, and mindfulness

Another day of health and wellness is on the docket, as we spend the morning, afternoon and evening focusing on our inner worlds. The day will start with a breathing session, followed by yoga and breakfast, immersing us in energetic alignment and healing. After lunch, we’ll pick back up on our transformational journey, enjoying a slow flow session followed by meditation. Soak in the stillness and silence after dinner in the tropical paradise that is Goa.

Day 6

Another day in Goa full of healing and joy

Awake to a beautiful sunrise on the property and start the day breathing and moving with purpose. After our morning sessions, we’ll have breakfast and free time before our evening slow flow and meditation. From morning until night, your day will be filled with peace and magic.

Day 7

Begin unpacking illusion and facing your truths at our first Satsang

Today will be a little different from the rest, as we participate in our first Satsang session. We’ll share within our group and work towards shining light on our inner truths together, where the conversation will take us in whatever direction spirit intends. With morning yoga and silence at night, this day will transform us in ways we never thought possible.

Day 8

Meet with Master Samdarshi for a Satsang, dance meditation session, and lunch

We’re in for a real treat today, as Master Samdarshi will join us after breakfast for a Satang, dance meditation experience, and lunch. His wisdom and light will help guide us on our personal journeys and give us insight about life, living, and purpose.

Day 9

Enjoy one final day at the retreat, along with various activities featuring Master Samdarshi

We hope you got a great night’s sleep because today is packed full of activities. We’ll start with a breathing session that will lead us into our Hatha yoga practice. After breakfast, it’s back to work with a Satsang session and dance meditation with Master Samdarshi before a group lunch. We’ll get a small break before dinner before we come together for our final meal and closing circle. This is the time to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished and learned.

Day 10

Say goodbye to Goa with a few more wellness activities before heading home

The day has arrived. It’s time to head home, but we have a few more things in store before you go! We’ll enjoy a morning yoga session and breakfast before Satsang, a dance meditation session, and lunch with Master Samdarshi. This is truly a day to acknowledge our progress and leave the rest of our blocks here in these sessions, so we can return home with open minds and hearts. After lunch, we’ll pack up and head to the airport to catch our flights. We hope you had a stellar experience and will use all of your new tools and insights back home. Safe travels and be well!

    The Blue Planet Eco-Resort in Goa is located in the area of Agonda, featuring a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful beaches. The property features eco-friendly lodging, some rooms with ACs, terraces, and modern baths. On site, enjoy a pool, hot tub, and organic cafe filled with healthy options and vegan treats morning, noon, and night. You’ll also have access to free parking, 24/7 guest support, hot water, and free Wi-Fi, along with a quick walk to the famous Agonda Beach. There are ten rooms in total, with 5 shared rooms and 5 private rooms being available. All rooms feature their own private restrooms. Room type: Twin/double shared cottage.
