Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until July 14, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by July 14, 2023 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until July 14, 2023 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. Welcome to the beginning of your transformative journey at our wellness retreat in the heart of the Mayan Yucatan. Your experience will commence as soon as you touch down at Cancun Airport, where you'll be greeted by our friendly team who will ensure a seamless group transfer to the enchanting Paledora Eco Resort. Upon arrival, you'll check in at Paledora Campus, an oasis designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation and your home away from home for the next four nights.
After settling in, take advantage of some free time to explore the lush surroundings, indulge in the resort's luxurious amenities, or simply unwind in your spacious accommodation.
As the sun begins to set, join Karen and the group for a sharing circle and session geared towards space clearing rituals in our workspaces. This is the time and space to meet your fellow retreaters, set your intentions, and start your new journey into the world of feng shui. Our day will culminate in a delightful welcome dinner, where you'll enjoy mouthwatering local cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients. As you dine under the stars, embrace the warmth and charm of Mexico as you get to know your group.

Reconnect to the Wisdom
Awaken your senses and embrace the tranquility of the morning with a calming stretch and meditation session, allowing you to center your thoughts, wake up the body, and set your intentions for the day ahead. Following this relaxing start, you'll indulge in a nourishing breakfast, fueling your body for the exciting activities to come.
Our morning session will refresh the fascinating concepts of Yin Yang, Bagua, 9 Traditional Courses, and 5 Elements, deepening your understanding of holistic well-being. Afterward, enjoy some free time and a delicious lunch, where you'll have the opportunity to share your insights with fellow retreat-goers.
The afternoon will then unfold with a group share, followed by a delectable dinner. From here, we’ll close out the night with an evening circle, where participants will present their work and collaborate with new friends.
Day 3 · October 21, 2023
Practical Skills and Knowledge
Rise and shine to jungle sounds at the retreat, and start your day with a serene morning meditation and stretching session, cultivating inner peace, physical health, and setting a mindful tone for the day's activities. Afterward, savor a scrumptious breakfast that will energize you for the enlightening experiences ahead.
The morning will unfold with an engaging Baubiology and rituals session, where you'll delve into the principles of creating harmonious and healthy living environments. Following this session, enjoy some well-deserved free time to enjoy the resort.
Relish a delightful lunch with your fellow retreat participants, exchanging thoughts and insights on the day's activities. Following our meal, we’ll head into town and practice consulting with the locals, where you'll receive valuable feedback to further your personal and professional growth.
As the sun sets, join friends new and old for a mouthwatering dinner, where you can share stories, laughter, and camaraderie, before our evening circle and grad presentations.

Sacred Journey Day
Embark on a day of enchanting exploration and invaluable insights as your wellness retreat in Mexico reaches its zenith. Begin your morning with a revitalizing meditation session, followed by a delicious breakfast. From here, prepare yourself for a mesmerizing excursion to the Coba Ruins to see region's iconic pyramids and captivating cenotes, where you'll uncover the secrets of Mexico's ancient history and natural wonders. We’ll use this time to meditate, center, and align within the sacred spaces of the Maya and integrate all that we’ve learned thus far.
After a morning of exploration, enjoy a well-deserved lunch as you share tales of your discoveries with fellow retreat participants. Once you've savored every bite, you'll return to the comfort of your accommodations to rest and reflect on the day's journey.
The afternoon will present a unique opportunity to engage in an interactive all-things Q&A session with Karen, complete with a live consultation. This valuable experience will offer you the chance to clarify any lingering questions and deepen your understanding of the wellness practices you've encountered during the retreat.
As twilight falls, come together for a heartfelt farewell dinner, where you can celebrate the connections you've made and the knowledge you've gained throughout your time here. From here, our final activity of the day will be focused on an energy transfer technique, geared towards elevating your personal practice.

Reflect on the experiences and insights you've gained as you prepare to carry them with you beyond the retreat. Afterward, join your fellow retreat-goers for a scrumptious breakfast, savoring each bite as you share stories and laughter one last time.
The retreat's conclusion will be marked by a heartfelt closing event, an opportunity to celebrate your transformative journey and honor the connections you've forged with like-minded individuals. Following this memorable gathering, you'll bid farewell to your home away from home as you check out of your accommodation and take your group transfer to Cancun Airport.

With 10 cozy rooms featuring AC and private bathrooms, the Campus is designed to accommodate retreats, conferences, and workshops of various sizes. The facilities offer two unique workshop areas, a rooftop for daily practices, a fire circle, a pool, and even a secret cave. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site retreat chef, daily housekeeping, excellent Wi-Fi, and a dedicated retreat assistant and concierge.
