TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until January 14, 2025. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. Day 1 · March 21, 2025
Oaxaca welcomes you with open arms – the paradise setting for your wellness retreat
-Welcome to Oaxaca and your rejuvenating getaway. Upon arrival at Aeropuerto Internacional de Bahías De Huatulco (HUX) anytime between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, our group will be greeted and transported together to our serene accommodation at Casa Carmela.
-After settling in, we’ll kick off the retreat with a meaningful Intention Setting and Beach Land Acknowledgment, honoring the land and setting the tone for the days ahead.
-When the sun begins to set, we’ll immerse ourselves in a soothing Yin Yoga session complemented by a restorative Sound Bath, designed to relax the body and mind. Release tension and energy blocks to fully arrive in Mexico.
-A nourishing dinner will be served following our session, providing an opportunity to connect and share with fellow participants.
-As night falls, gather around a bonfire for a Fire Circle, fostering a sense of community and deepening our connections under the stars. There is so much to come – open your heart and your mind.
Day 2 · March 22, 2025
Quiet the mind, heal the body, let the soul rest
-Arise with the sun and come together for our daily Morning Practice designed to awaken the body and mind, setting a harmonious tone for the day ahead. Following this invigorating session, enjoy a delicious and nourishing breakfast.
-The morning provides time for relaxation or personal exploration before gathering for lunch, where everyone can share experiences and bond over a savory meal.
-In the afternoon, the group will reconvene for a Somatic Lecture & Practice, delving into the principles of somatic movement to enhance body awareness and mindfulness. This session on the body is followed by another immersive Sound Bath, offering deep relaxation and rejuvenation through healing frequency.
-Our evening culminates with a group dinner, followed by a Beach Sunset Dance Session. Celebrate the day with expressive movement and connection under a canopy of stars with like-minded souls.
Day 3 · March 23, 2025
Chase waterfalls and relaxation in Oaxaca
-Greet the day with our morning practice, then enjoy a delicious local breakfast to fuel up for a day of adventure.
-At 10:00 am, the group will depart for Cascada Mágica, a stunning waterfall that offers a perfect backdrop for relaxation, exploration, and connection with nature. This excursion will allow you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Oaxaca, fostering a deep sense of peace and wonder.
-Upon returning to the villa, enjoy some free time before dinner and a soothing Yin Yoga session and Sound Bath, designed to relax the body and mind and integrate the experiences of the day. Release what no longer serves you, and let your inner creativity flourish.
Day 4 · March 24, 2025
Explore downtown Oaxaca before a hands-on cooking class
-Our morning practice and breakfast give way to an adventure that will take us into downtown Oaxaca to explore and check out the renowned Artisan Market. Immerse yourself in the rich culture and unique crafts of Oaxaca.
-After a fulfilling day of discovery and shopping, return to the accommodation to relax and unwind.
-The evening brings a special treat with a hands-on Oaxacan Cooking Class, where you’ll learn to prepare traditional dishes, deepening your connection to the local culture through its cuisine. Enjoy the fruits of your labor, and toast to another beautiful day in Mexico.
Day 5 · March 25, 2025
Make this last day in Oaxaca count with ample free time, kayaking, and bonfire dancing
-Our final full day has arrived, which means we have to make this one the best it can be. After our Morning Practice and breakfast, partake in an Ancestral Cacao Ceremony led by Le' Jai' La of Akashic Remedies to open your heart and release what no longer serves you.
-In the early evening, we’re venturing out on a kayaking excursion in the bioluminescent waters, a magical experience that connects you with nature in a unique and awe-inspiring way.
-Back at the property, a farewell dinner awaits, followed by a Beach Sunset Fire & Dance Session, where everyone can celebrate the day and the retreat with expressive movement and connection around a warm fire under the beautiful Oaxacan moonlight.
Day 6 · March 26, 2025
Embrace the healing you’ve experienced and prepare for your journey home
-On this final day of the retreat, we’ll start with our morning routine, followed by one final breakfast on this stunning property.
-Before we check out, we’ll engage in a Jewelry/Adornment Making Session & Closing Circle, a creative and reflective activity that honors the connections made and the experiences shared during the retreat.
-Eventually, it’s time to say goodbye, taking our group transfer back to the airport. We hope you leave Mexico with a deeper connection to yourself and your practice. Safe travels – be well!

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
