Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Aug 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT +3), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.

If you cancel your trip from Aug 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT +3) onwards, no refunds will be issued.

-Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll meet your guide and set off on a scenic drive to your accommodation in Arusha.

-Settle in, and let the kids stretch out and enjoy the lush surroundings. With free time to relax, you’ll have a chance to unwind after the journey.

-When the sun sets, head out for dinner at a local restaurant, immersing yourselves in the vibrant flavors of Tanzania and setting the tone for the adventures to come. Enjoy!

Day 2 · October 26, 2025

Hike to the Napuru Waterfalls, then enjoy a hands-on coffee farm experience

-After breakfast at the lodge, gear up for an exciting day-trip to the beautiful Napuru Waterfalls, nestled just outside Arusha. This guided hike takes you through lush landscapes, where you’ll stroll along coffee plantations and rich tropical foliage, spotting unique flora and fauna along the way. The moderately challenging trail leads to the stunning 70-meter Napuru Waterfall, where you can admire the misty cascade or even dip your toes in the refreshing pool at the base.

-Next, you’ll dive into a cultural experience in a nearby village, exploring the traditional art of coffee-making. Kids and adults alike will enjoy picking ripe coffee beans and learning the age-old techniques of roasting and grinding, all while surrounded by Tanzania’s scenic beauty. Embark on a game drive in Tarangire National Park before making your way to the peaceful haven of Karatu

Descend into the world’s largest unbroken caldera, where a full-day game drive awaits. The crater floor offers a unique habitat where nearly every East African species can be found, including the Big Five – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino.
