Day 1 · September 28, 2025

Arrival and Welcome

-Touch down in sunny Costa Rica at LIR, ready for a transformative week in paradise.

-Meet up with the group and head to the resort at 12:00 pm via group transfer.

-Arrive at our relaxing and well-appointed retreat space and check in, taking some time to relax and get to know the ground as you sip your delicious tropical welcome beverage.

-Ease into the retreat with movement and breathwork designed to release tension and set intentions for the week ahead.

-We will share our first dinner together, reviewing what to expect through the retreat and getting to know each other over a nourishing meal.

Yoga

Day 2 · September 29, 2025

Root and Ground

-We begin with an Empower and Energize Flow, a dynamic practice to start your day with clarity, confidence, and strength. We’ll explore movement that challenges and inspires, leaving you feeling ready to take on anything.

-Enjoy a delightful farm-to-table breakfast.

-Today, we are embarking on a guided rainforest hike to connect with nature and find your footing, both physically and mentally.

-Once we return to the retreat center, enjoy a healthy and energizing lunch before enjoying some free time to relax by the pool or treat yourself to some pampering at the on-site spa (not included in price).

-Come back together with Release and Unwind, a soothing sequence paired with intentional breathwork to relax your body and quiet your mind after the day’s adventures.

-Dinner ends our day and features the fresh, local cuisine we have already come to love.

Day 3 · September 30, 2025

Expand and Explore

-The Costa Rican sun awakens you with its golden rays, and our Ignite Your Potential Flow jumpstarts your day. This playful, challenging practice to awaken your body and explore your edges with curiosity and compassion is your time to grow and break through.

-After refueling with breakfast, we will depart on our catamaran tour. Experience Costa Rica's stunning vistas on this world-class tour where you will sail through the ocean waters, swim, snorkel, and make lifelong memories.

-Return to the resort and indulge in your free time your way. Hit the beach, take a snooze, or journal by the poolside. It’s up to you!

-We will return to the shala together and dive into tonight’s Release and Unwind session, bringing relaxing poses and intentional breath together to settle our bodies and spirits.

-Tonight, our group dinner offers a space for connection and reflection over all we have experienced thus far.

Day 4 · October 1, 2025

Connect with Nature

-Good morning! Ready for another day of mindful exploration? Begin with Awaken to Presence Flow, a grounding yet invigorating practice inspired by the elements of nature. This practice is designed to help you find balance and connection in the present moment.

-A hearty breakfast fuels our day in nature to come.

-We’ll visit a nearby waterfall for swimming, relaxing, and meditating to the sound of the rushing waters. We will also enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to the resort.

-The afternoon’s schedule is no schedule – use this time for adventure or relaxation at your tempo.

-After an active day, a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga practice will be much needed – tonight’s Release and Unwind session gives us just that.

-Another delightful meal under the stars awaits us for dinner and the conclusion of our day.

Day 5 · October 2, 2025

Adventure and Play

-A vibrant and energizing sequence to build heat, challenge your limits, and set the tone for a day of fun and exploration starts our fifth day together during our Rise and Radiate flow.

-Breakfast takes our energy to the next level before taking on today’s excursion.

-On our horseback riding excursion, we will trot down an expansive golden coastline, offering wholly-unique views of where the jungle meets the sea.

-After our ~2 hour journey, we return to the resort for a relaxing lunch before diving into a deep dive workshop, customized to deepen your practice.

-We then will calm our bodies and breath with another evening Release and Unwind session before sharing a meal at a vibrant nearby establishment in this dreamy resort town.

Day 6 · October 3, 2025

Reflect and Restore

-It is our last full day in paradise, so let’s make the most of every moment under the Costa Rican sun! Flow for Strength and Surrender celebrates your growth, honors your effort, and embraces the beauty of showing up exactly as you are.

-Breakfast is grounding and nutritious, putting us in the perfect state of mind to fully embrace our morning excursion on a local cultural experience – check back to see where we are headed!

-Once we return to the resort, break bread with your retreatmates once again over lunch before taking on our final free afternoon. Take a final dip in the pool, stroll through the jungles one last time, or head out to some local shops to grab a few treats and trinkets for the road.

-Our final Release and Unwind session soothes and centers us as we work to integrate the retreat’s teachings into our daily practice.

-Tonight’s dinner is a closing celebration of all we have experienced together during our time together. Expect a few surprises and lots of laughs as we toast to renewal.
