She is a 200 hour Certified Yoga instructor who is extremely passionate about making yoga highly accessible to those in her community. It is her goal to bring mental health awareness to people who look like her. She is an actress who can most recently be seen on the Netflix original hit series “The Vince Staples Show”. In between her time filming the show and its release was the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike which allowed her some time to reflect on what she felt many people around her needed during this time; to find their center. She is very excited to be hosting her very first retreat in such a beautifully spiritual place like Costa Rica. While guiding you through mindful practices, she has designed this yoga retreat to help you reconnect with your inner self, cultivating balance and finding your center, not just in moments of calm, but even amidst the chaos and demands of everyday life.

Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until April 6, 2025. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Day 1 · July 11, 2025
Arrival & Immersion
-Arrive at San Jose International Airport, breathing in the fresh, tropical air and feeling the vibrant energy of Costa Rica.
-Due to the duration of the ride to the venue, we reccommend you grab a light bite before the transfer, then we will meet at the airport and take our group transfer to Passion Fruit Ecolodge, nestled amidst lush rainforests and breathtaking landscapes. Check into your cozy and eco-friendly accommodations, taking the time to settle in and start getting to know your fellow retreat-goers.
-Gather for the Opening Circle, sharing introductions and intentions for the transformative journey ahead. Then, enjoy an early dinner that introduces you to the fresh ingredients and bold flavors we will come to know and love during our time here.
-Embrace the tranquility of your new surroundings with free time to relax, unwind, and prepare for the journey to come.
Day 2 · July 12, 2025
Nature, nourishment, and balance
-Good morning, Cahuita! Begin your day with a rejuvenating morning yoga session, stretching your body and focusing your mind for the day ahead. Then, refuel with a delicious breakfast before we head out for a day of exploration.
-Today, we are visiting Cahuita National Park to enjoy its pristine shores and snorkel through the turquoise waters. Let the peaceful vibrations of this place wash over you and bring with them ultimate relaxation.
-We will have a late lunch at Passion Fruit Ecolodge before a yin yoga session to continue our rejuvenating day.
-We end the night with a communal dinner, sharing stories of our experiences with each other as the sun sinks into the horizon. Once the stars come out to dance, we will retreat to our rooms for a night of rest after a busy day. Sweet dreams!
Day 3 · July 13, 2025
Morning mindfulness and afternoon waterfalls
-Day three commences with a guided mindfulness meditation, cultivating inner peace and focus.
-After we fuel ourselves with a wholesome breakfast, we will head out on a refreshing waterfall tour, immersing yourself in the cool, cascading waters and connecting with nature's beauty. Then, visit a local cocoa farm, learning about the ancient history of its cultivation.
-Take time for journaling after we return to the resort from our day of exploration. Our day ends with another delicious dinner at our resort shared together, capping off the perfect day in paradise.
Day 4 · July 14, 2025
Aerial adventures and a farewell celebration
-It is our final full day in Costa Rica, and we are making the most of this remaining time in our tranquil paradise.
-After breakfast, you can choose your own adventure – thrilling zip lining a lush forests, or a more chill free time at the resort enjoying its amenities.
-We’ll come back together for a late lunch with the group before preparing for our celebratory evening.
-Tonight, we are having an all-white closing party, donning ivory outfits as we celebrate finding our centers in paradise. A final dinner and retiring to our rooms ends this joyous night.
Day 5 · July 15, 2025
Adios, Costa Rica
-It is time for us to head home today. Grab breakfast, pack your bags, and check out of Passion Fruit Ecolodge before heading to the airport via group transfer.
-We trust you are leaving this retreat feeling refreshed, restored, and centered within ourselves. Safe travels!

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.

A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country.
