Welcome to paradise!

-Welcome to Costa Rica! Touch down at San José International Airport and immediately feel the tropical vibes wash over you.

-Meet up with the group and take the group transfer to our tranquil accommodations.
NOTE: If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, you will have to make your own transportation arrangements.

-Arrive at our retreat, Finca Luna Nueva, and take some time to settle into your space.

-Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner that brings us all together over fresh flavors and a sense of community that binds us for our next five nights together. We will also receive a collective reading from Francesca that will inform our tone and intentions moving forward.

Embracing herbal remedies

-A delicious breakfast fuels us for the day ahead.

-Our first workshop is a Kundalini and art workshop led by Marie. Through creativity and mindful movement, we ground ourselves in a space to reach our highest potential.

-Our next session is led by Francesca. We will work together to identify blocks that are holding us back and implement tools to rewire our thinking process, with the ultimate goal of overcoming these hurdles.

-We will then break for lunch and some time to relax and reflect.

-We will come back together to take on an herbal medicine workshop. Learn techniques and remedies for natural healing, using herbs fresh from the grounds of Finca Luna Nueva.

-Later, we will share dinner and conversation before ending our evening with meditation and reflection led by Marie and Francesca.

Hanging bridges and hot springs

-Start your morning with breakfast and prepare for a day of active adventures!

-Arenal Hanging Bridges is a beautiful and environmentally friendly project located near the Arenal Volcano. Much of the life in the rainforest is in the canopy, and this tour takes you up into and over the treetops to observe the birds, flowers, and lush vegetation of this primary rainforest. You will gain an understanding of the structure of the rainforest, with trees and vines occupying each level and capturing every ray of sunlight. Walk right into the forest along over 3 km. of hanging bridges overlooking the forest canopy and along easy, safe, and beautiful trails with views of the Arenal Volcano.

-We will return to the retreat to enjoy lunch and a moment of relaxation before our next activity.

-This evening, we will visit the nearby hot springs, taking a dip in the warm waters and relaxing in the lush setting. We will also enjoy a delicious dinner on the grounds of the springs.

-We will return to the resort for meditation and reflection led by Marie and Francesca before we retire to our rooms and rest to complete the day.

Relaxation before chocolate immersion

-Rise and shine, travelers! It’s time for breakfast and beginning our day of discovery together.

-We’ll participate in another Kundalini and art workshop led by Marie. Through creativity and mindful movement, we ground ourselves in a space to reach our highest potential.

-Learn the techniques of EFT Tapping with Marie, a mind-body technique that involves tapping on specific points of the body to help manage emotions and relieve stress and anxiety.

-We’ll then receive another collective reading with Francesca, reading the vibrations of us all and promoting continued introspection.

-Lunchtime now, followed by time to reflect and rejuvenate on our own terms. We’ll come back together for our tour.

-On this chocolate tour, visit the resort’s cacao plantation and see their more than 300 cacao trees, most more than 30 years old. Next, you’ll go on a thousand-year chocolate journey, where you’ll make both the ancient “Drink of the Gods” and modern chocolate confections. Let your imagination run wild!

-Savor a delicious dinner prepared at the resort, delicious local flavors and ingredients featured once more. Then, if you so choose, join us in a journaling and meditation session that calls on our teachings up to now.

Closing our time with cacao and community

-It’s our final full day here in Costa Rica – how will you make the most of your time? Breakfast begins our time together today.

-Our final workshop is for creating our own rituals alongside Francesca and Marie. Routine with intention is transformational for our day to day lives, and crafting a piece of our retreat you can bring home with you will keep the good vibes going.

-Eat up, because it is our last Costa Rican lunch, featuring the delicious flavors we have come to know and love. Afterwards, we will create art with our bodies and participate in ecstatic, joyful dancing. Let loose and allow the joy to fill your heart and soul.

-Next, we dive into a cacao ceremony that opens our hearts and minds, the perfect culmination of all of our time well spent and teachings here. Let the warmth of the ritual comfort and encourage you on your continued journey ahead.

-Our evening concludes with a farewell dinner, a shared meal that brings together all of our experiences during our time together. Laugh, share, and unwind under the twinkling stars alongside your newfound friends.

Adios! Departing with full hearts and calm minds

-It’s time for us to head home. After a final nourishing breakfast, check out and gather your things before taking the group transfer to San José International Airport.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
