Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Aug 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -6), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.
If you cancel your trip from Aug 12, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -6) onwards, no refunds will be issued.

Day 1 · October 15, 2025
Welcome and acclimating
-Your journey begins at Juan Santa María International Airport, as you embark on a scenic group transfer to the enchanting Finca Luna Nueva. After a smooth check-in, you'll have free time to settle in and soak up the tranquil atmosphere of our lush surroundings. We will also gather for orientation and meet one another around 4:30 pm.
-As the day winds down, we'll come together for a welcome dinner, savoring delicious local cuisine while taking in breathtaking views.
-The evening culminates with a heartfelt ceremony at the community altar, where we'll set our intentions and begin our journey toward self-fullness and deeper connection with our abundant bodies.
Day 2 · October 16, 2025
Releasing emotional anchors and toxic relationships
-Start your morning with a nourishing breakfast, fueling both body and spirit for the exciting day ahead.
-Come together for an Opening Circle and Yin Yoga Workshop, a sacred space to reconnect with your body and set your intentions for self-fullness.
-After lunch, you can enjoy your free time however you wish, whether it is getting some extra rest or exploring the area near our resort.
-When the sun begins to set, take a 45-minute ride with the group to immerse yourself in the healing waters of the Ecotermales Hot Springs, soothing away tension as you share a delightful dinner under the stars.
Day 3 · October 17, 2025
Self-love
-Rise and shine with breakfast in the jungle, followed by our Opening Circle, explore joyful movement, and Self-Love Workshop. Cultivate a deeper connection with your abundant self and embrace the journey toward radical permission and Body trust; you will get tools for breaking free from a culture so you can stop seeing your body as a problem.
-After a delightful lunch, enjoy free time to relax by the pool, indulge in personalized spa treatments, explore local shops, or embark on a tour that calls to your heart. Please note that spa treatments are not included in the retreat package and will need to be paid for separately.
-As the evening unfolds, gather for a savory dinner before settling into the warm Ambiance of our Fire Circle. Engage in a calming Restorative Yoga session for your senses under the stars, allowing your body and mind to unwind.
-For those seeking a touch of adventure, an optional night walk in the enchanting jungle offers a magical way to connect with nature.
Day 4 · October 18, 2025
Surrender and Re-Emerge
-Another transformative day in Costa Rica begins with sunrise yoga and a delightful breakfast.
-Embark on a memorable journey to a stunning waterfall near our resort. Here, you’ll participate in a transformative water ceremony, immersing yourself in a spiritual bath infused with the flowers and herbs you selected during the Self-Love Workshop. This sacred ceremony symbolizes the birth of a new, empowered version of yourself.
-By 2:00 PM, return to the retreat for a satisfying lunch, followed by free time to relax and honor your personal journey – whether that means lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or exploring the serene surroundings.
-As evening falls, gather around the Fire Circle for a soothing Yoga Nidra session, guiding you into deep relaxation and reflection.
-Conclude your day with another delicious local dinner, feeling renewed and deeply connected to your body and soul.
Day 5 · October 19, 2025
Embracing impermanence and change
-On our last day at the retreat, we'll start with a nourishing breakfast to set a positive tone for reflecting on what we've learned and making plans to apply it in our daily lives.
-Dive deep into Gentle Yoga and Embracing Impermanence Workshop, where you'll explore the beauty of change and strengthen the connection with your body through mindful movement and insightful discussions.
-After a satisfying lunch, experience a Herbal Medicine Workshop, gaining valuable knowledge and tools to continue your personal growth and wellness journey beyond the retreat.
-In the evening, join us for a special farewell dinner. Please wear white to symbolize new beginnings.
-One final ceremony closes out the night and retreat, as we come together to adjourn. This heartfelt experience will honor your transformation and the connections you've made, celebrating the journey from unfulfillment to self-fullness.
Day 6 · October 20, 2025
Say goodbye to Costa Rica and hello to new beginnings back home
-Your final morning begins with a wholesome breakfast, allowing time to reflect on the transformative journey you've experienced together.
-By 11:00 AM, we'll check out of our serene accommodations and take a group transfer back to Juan Santa María International Airport.
-As our journey comes to an end, cherish the memories and transformations that will continue to inspire and support you long after you leave Costa Rica. Safe travels and be well!

Finca Luna Nueva Lodge is located in the heart of the Costa Rican jungles, deemed a recreational paradise and a living classroom for all who visit. The lodge offers delicious farm-to-table meals each day, comfortable rooms/suites, and miles of hiking trails through rainforests, farmland, and herbal gardens. Enjoy the views of each from your chosen accommodation, all featuring private decks or wraparound porches. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.

A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country.
