Kelsea transitioned from her clinical pelvic PT work into her own virtual coaching practice where she supports women in perimenopause to feel a greater sense of grounded vitality and control over their own bodies using tools that stem from a more feminine approach to women's health. In addition to private mentorship, she guides women within her Peri Academy (a small group cohort) to feel more confident to responding to their body's changing needs, how to restore their energy with less effort, feel fully nourished in their food & movement choices, & feel a deeper sense of balance in their personal & professional lives.

Upon your arrival, the program opens with a warm welcome dinner. Kellie and Bree will lay the foundations of health, setting the stage for a retreat that will gently guide you toward a state of thriving, enjoyment, and restoration. We begin the day with a yoga practice to promote a feeling of calm aliveness. Yoga is followed by a nourishing breakfast. We will then dive deep into personal growth with our Intention Setting and Foundations of Health workshops, exploring ways to nourish, move, connect, rest, and calm ourselves in the coming days.
As the afternoon arrives, we enjoy a mindful lunch. Unwind in the afternoon before the Calm Workshop. A delightful dinner sets the stage for the evening's Yoga Nidra session, a guided journey into deep relaxation.
Awaken to the new day with a yoga session that aligns your energy and intention, followed by a breakfast that delights the senses and keeps you energized. Mid-morning, immerse yourself in a Nourishment Workshop, learning the art of fueling the body and soul. After a refreshing lunch, the afternoon offers a Restorative Yoga class centered around improving your digestive health, another key part of nourishment.
The day culminates in a lovely communal dinner and a Restorative Yoga session.
Begin with a movement workshop shared over breakfast. We will then venture into the beauty of the surrounding landscape on a guided hike. After dinner, we'll unwind from the day's adventures with a restoring yin yoga class.
We skip the morning yoga practice and start the day with a leisurely breakfast, setting a relaxed pace for a day focused on rejuvenation. Delve into the healing powers of sleep and rest during our mid-morning workshop, designed to teach practices and principles for enhancing your restorative moments.
Following lunch, the afternoon is yours to reflect, relax, or explore at your leisure. As evening falls, gather for a nourishing dinner before concluding the day with a Restorative Nidra session, an extended practice blending deep relaxation with the transformative power of yoga nidra, guiding you towards a profound inner peace and readiness for restful slumber.
Following a morning yoga practice and breakfast, dive into the science of Connection in a workshop that highlights the health benefits of meaningful relationships, community, and spending time in nature.
A communal lunch serves as another moment to deepen connection with fellow retreat participants. In the afternoon's Purpose Workshop, we reinforce the essential nature of purpose to both mental and physical health and explore personal values.
In our evening session, Partner Yoga offers a unique opportunity to practice trust, balance, and mutual support. This day is truly a celebration of the diverse communities we are a part of, including the community we've built together at Bukubaki.
We have come to the penultimate day of this retreat — it unfolds with a yoga session that not only revitalizes the body but also sets the tone for the day. After breakfast, an Integration Workshop helps you weave the week's experiences into your life's tapestry, ensuring the journey's benefits resonate beyond the retreat.
A shared lunch further cements the bonds formed during our time together. The afternoon brings creativity to the fore with Mandalas on the Beach, a creative way we can synthesize our individual and collective retreat experience against the backdrop of the sea. As the sun dips below the horizon, a communal dinner leads into a night of warmth and reflection around a bonfire.
Our final day begins with a yoga practice that reflects on the journey we've shared, offering gratitude for the moments and growth experienced together. A last breakfast among newfound friends provides a moment to exchange contacts and perhaps share one last laugh or reflection. The retreat closes with check-out at 11:00 am, marking the end of our shared journey but the beginning of a new chapter enriched by the practices, connections, and memories we've created here!
