TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until December 15, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.

Arrival and initiation in Santa Marta
-Welcome to Colombia! Upon your arrival at Santa Marta Airport, our friendly bilingual guide will escort you through lush landscapes to Finca La Jorará Eco Hotel, a serene haven nestled between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Caribbean Sea.
-After checking in and enjoying some free time to relax, perhaps strolling through verdant gardens or breathing in the fresh ocean air, gather for an opening ceremony.
-As night unfolds, savor a welcome dinner featuring organic, locally sourced cuisine that nourishes both body and soul.
-We'll conclude our first day with a bonfire on the beach under a starlit sky – a symbolic beginning to our holistic experience of awakening and renewal.
Day 2 · February 19, 2025
Inner transformations and outer explorations
-Greet the day with a peaceful group meditation and journaling workshop, embracing the morning tranquility to center your mind and set positive intentions.
-After a nourishing breakfast, we'll visit a local cacao farm nestled in the lush Colombian countryside, where you'll learn about the sacred role of cacao in indigenous cultures and connect deeply with the land.
-In the afternoon, enjoy lunch and some free time to relax or explore the natural surroundings.
-Gather for a heartfelt cacao ceremony – a ritual designed to open your heart and foster deeper connections with yourself and the land.
-The day concludes with a transformational breathwork journey to release emotional blockages and rejuvenate your spirit. Share your experiences over dinner, reflecting on a day filled with renewal and connection.
Day 3 · February 20, 2025
Cultural connection and inner renewal
-Begin your morning with a rejuvenating group meditation and movement practice, a space to breathe, flow, and align.
-After a wholesome breakfast, we'll embark on a visit to the Kogui community, an indigenous group inhabiting the Sierra Nevada mountains. The journey takes you along the coast, through scenic green hills, and into the Buritaca river valley. After a walk through the indigenous settlement and crossing the river, the visit is authorized by the spiritual leader, the 'Mamo', who cleanses the spirits of visitors. At the community's sacred site, you will partake in a spiritual ritual honoring indigenous ancestors and mother earth, accompanied by Kogui representatives. The ceremony, including coca leaf tea, helps achieve emotional balance. Afterward, enjoy a traditional lunch amidst the tranquility of tropical nature.
-As evening approaches, we'll gather for a restorative breathwork journey designed to release tension and revitalize your spirit.
-Conclude the day with a nourishing dinner, sharing insights and deepening the connections forged throughout this transformative day.
Day 4 · February 21, 2025
Breathwork, hiking, and sounding healing
-Your final full day in Colombia begins with a group meditation and breathwork practice.
-After a nourishing breakfast, we'll embark on a trek through Tayrona National Park, where you'll immerse yourself in the lush tropical forests, discover hidden beaches, and connect deeply with the vibrant energy of this natural paradise.
-Return for lunch and enjoy some free time to relax or reflect on your experiences.
-Gather for a transformative sound healing journey, allowing the soothing vibrations to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
-When the sun sets, come together for a heartfelt farewell dinner, celebrating the connections made and the personal growth achieved here in Colombia.

Fond farewells and new beginnings
-Your final day opens with a heartfelt closing ceremony, offering a space to reflect on your transformative journey and the deep connections you've made. This shared experience will help you integrate the insights gained and set positive intentions as you return to daily life.
-After a nourishing breakfast, we'll check out of our accommodation and transfer to Santa Marta Airport. As your journey comes to an end, carry with you a renewed spirit and a revitalized connection between mind, body, and soul.
