I am SO excited to bring this trip to life. After being the first in my family to solo travel as a woman, I was inspired to create a group trip for Brown Girls Thriving. I realized just how capable I am and how good things can happen when I take risks that speak to my heart.
Our first BGT international trip will be curated for South Asian girlies who are passionate about wellness, self growth, being open to new cultures, and want to build intentional friendships!

We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Sep 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -6), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.
If you cancel your trip from Sep 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -6) onwards, no refunds will be issued.

-Touch down at Liberia International Airport, where the adventure begins! After a warm meet and greet, we'll whisk you away to your beachfront haven.
-You’ll have some free time to unpack, unwind, and take in the tropical surroundings. Stroll along the beach, dip your toes in the Pacific, or just soak in the good vibes.
-Tonight, it's time to relax, chat with your group over dinner, and get ready for an epic trip ahead!

Explore the ocean on a sailing safari that will take you around the coastline
-Start your first full day in Costa Rica with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then get ready for an unforgettable ocean safari experience! Today, you’ll head out on the water, cruising offshore from Samara and Carrillo Beach with certified local guides. The Northern Pacific coast is a hotspot for marine life, and you might catch sight of Spotted Dolphins, Central American Spinner Dolphins, or Common Bottlenose Dolphins.
-After some epic wildlife sightings, it’s time to dive in and snorkel with the fish, with all gear provided. And hey – drinks and lunch are included, too!
-After this four-hour adventure, you’ll return to the resort to relax. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy, whether you choose to chill by the pool or explore more of the stunning beaches.

This little town, nestled within an indigenous reserve in Hojancha, is known for its sustainable lifestyle and commitment to conservation. You’ll start this experience with a hands-on rosquillas workshop, where you'll learn how to make these delicious, traditional Costa Rican treats alongside locals. Next, dive into the rich coffee culture with a tour that traces the journey of coffee beans from seed to cup. You'll get to sip on the freshest brews made with organic, locally grown beans, all while enjoying a tasty Costa Rican lunch.
-Afterward, head to Nicoya for a deep dive into history and culture. The town’s centerpiece is the 500-year-old church at Parque Central, a stunning landmark full of cultural significance and antiques. For those who love local art, La Casa de Cultura showcases the work of regional artists. -For lunch, head to La Cuchara de la Abuela (Grandma’s Spoon) for a cultural cooking experience. -After an unforgettable adventure, it’s time to head back to Liberia International Airport for your journey home. You’ll be transferred as a group, reminiscing about all the epic memories you’ve made. As you board your flight, take one last look at the stunning Costa Rican landscape, knowing this trip will stay with you long after you’ve left. Pura Vida!

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.

A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country. Most international tours require a passport that's valid for at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your itinerary.
