Cat has been a passionate guide, teacher, and mentor since she first started leading medical mission trips to South America in college. Fascinated with human psychology and stepping into her own intense awakening, Cat left the medical school path shortly after graduating university and set out to heal her own lifelong anxiety, codependent attachment, and feeling of paralysis in life. After meeting a profound teacher in India and spending over 2 months deeply studying ancient energy healing practices and yoga, she realized her path was still to help people heal... only now, to heal from the inside out. Cat has over 10 years and 1000+ hours of yoga education, including Kundalini Kriya, Tantra, breathwork, Hatha & meditation certification. She is a certified life + success coach who mentors women into liberation from the suffering of emotional stuckness, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety and codependency through a unique combination of nervous system + somatic work, breathwork, and identity coaching. Cat is fascinated by the intersection of neurology, psychology, and spirituality and its potential to completely transform lives. An experienced leader of in-person transformational experiences, Cat leads women's retreats throughout the US and abroad.

Take a deep breath and step bravely into a new journey. It's the first day of our wellness retreat in France, and possibilities for growth abound. After arriving at the airport, you'll be transferred out of the city and to Antugnac, a picture-perfect town in the countryside with an atmosphere of pure tranquility. Check in, drop your bags, and head to a welcome meeting where you'll meet your fellow retreat-goers. Here, you'll begin to cultivate a sense of sisterhood, discussing your paths and setting intentions for the retreat. After a group dinner, we'll complete our day with an opening ceremony that will establish the tone for the rest of the trip. Our inner journeys begin tomorrow!
Greet the day and feel energy begin to build. The sun is rising in France, illuminating the hills of Antugnac and giving life to the rustic beauty that defines the countryside. Rise and head to our first wellness activity of the retreat, a morning Kriya meditation that will use movement and focused thought to help you shift your state of being. Breakfast, free time, and lunch will then lead us to our afternoon workshop where we will dive deeper into the underlying principles and philosophies that are key to understanding meditation. The day will end with a dinner outside of the retreat, allowing us to release tension and fuel up with a delicious meal.
Good morning! Another day focused on meditation begins with a stunning sunrise. Our morning Kriya meditation will give us a chance to go deeper into our practice, spurring on a mental and spiritual evolution. Then, after a meditation workshop in the afternoon, we'll embark on a vineyard tour to connect with the culture of Antugnac. Here, you'll see how Mother Nature's gifts are harvested and shared with the world using traditional methods. Feeling a strong sense of community, we'll return to the accommodation so that you can rest and reflect on the lessons of the day.
Today is all about connecting your inner world with the universe at large. We'll begin as always with Kriya meditation guided by Cat, allowing you to release negative emotions and attain an acute sense of mental clarity. Then, as morning begins to fade into afternoon, we'll head out into the landscapes of Antugnac for a hike. Here, you'll be able to apply your expanded consciousness towards the universe, feeling a new sense of wisdom awaken within you as you connect with your surroundings. We'll continue with a meditation workshop and dinner at a local restaurant to round out the day.
It's time for a change of scenery as we continue exploring how our empowered minds interact with the world. After our morning meditation, it's off to the beach! This day trip will give you a chance to strengthen your bonds with the women of the retreat in the midst of a truly stunning environment. Allow yourself to harmonize with the rhythm of the ocean, feeling the universal pulse of the tide and slipping into an introspective, meditative state of mind. After plenty of time on the beach, we'll return to our retreat for the rest of the evening.
In Antugnac, it's impossible not to feel the sacred energy emanating from the Earth. Here, the land is untouched, inviting you to play, explore, and discover. Today provides us with an opportunity to do just that as we embark on a class where we will forage for ingredients to use in delicious, health-focused dishes. Sample your creations for lunch and then head to a workshop focused on helping you understand meditation on an incredibly deep level.
Our progress has led us to day 7 of the retreat, the final full day in France. We'll begin with our usual morning routine of Kriya meditation, unlocking deep awareness and sensitivity. After our workshop, we'll then embark on a goat cheese tour as a celebration of our time together. Taste different cheeses and take a moment to appreciate the simple lifestyle found here in the farmlands of Antugnac. We'll then return to the accommodation for our final dinner as a group.
Awaken to one last morning in Antugnac. After breakfast, attend a closing ceremony where we will wrap up the lessons of the retreat and begin making plans for continued progress back home. Your journey may have started here, but your path continues even as you say goodbye to the friends and sisters you have met in France. With a sensation of gratitude, you'll transfer to the airport and catch your flight. Safe travels!
