Samir Lal first discovered meditation 25 years ago in 1998, and his journey led him to embark on numerous 10-day silent retreats across the United States. In 2014, after working in New York for 16 years, he made a life-altering decision to leave everything behind and immerse himself in a six-month stay at an Ashram in India, specifically at the Isha Foundation. During this transformative period, Samir dedicated himself to an intensive teacher training program that spanned 2000 hours.

This comprehensive training program was meticulously crafted under the guidance of Sadhguru, focusing on practices that promote health, wellness, and overall well-being. Since completing his training in 2014, Samir has taken on the role of a Hatha Yoga teacher, offering his learnings and expertise not only in New York and New Jersey but also leading Corporate retreats in locations like Costa Rica and Belize.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?

Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
