I am an an international yoga educator currently rooted in the Pacific Northwest - however you can often find me off on exciting adventures exploring new countries as I lead transformational yoga retreats all over the world! I provide mentorship and yoga education to both yoga practitioners and teachers; supporting my students with loving guidance both on and off the mat as we unlock their highest potential. A little about my back story - I have been deeply introspective, questioning, and curious from a young age. My passion for philosophy, spirituality, and personal enlightenment over the years naturally led me to the path of yoga when I was seventeen years old. In 2015 I was in college studying education, art, and religion when I knew it was time to leave it all behind and follow my heart, devoting my life to yoga and its teachings. Welcome to Bali – begin connecting with your fellow retreaters as we kick things off with a delicious welcome dinner and opening ceremony

Welcome to Bali, Indonesia – the Land of a Thousand Temples. Known for its spiritual atmosphere, surfside beaches, and lush jungles, Bali is the most popular island in the archipelago, welcoming all who seek its beauty. You’ll be spending your time at a luxe wellness resort in the town of Ubud. This cultural epicenter is surrounded by rice paddies, breathtaking temples, and a dense rainforest filled with majestic creatures.

Upon arrival, meet your group and your driver who will whisk you away to a jungle paradise. Check into your room, drop your bags, and let this wellness retreat commence! You’ll have some free time to get your bearings and explore the resort. Use this time to recenter and align yourself with the stunning landscape.

When the sun sets, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner, where you’ll get to know your host, Dev, and celebrate the coming together of our group. From here, we’ll officially kick off the retreat with our opening ceremony! Prepare for a life-changing journey and allow yourself to open up to the possibility of growth and change. In between yoga sessions we will explore one of Bali’s hidden gems, the surreal Bali Pulina coffee plantation - strolling through the jungle while we enjoy a tour and tasting

Your wellness journey truly begins today as you wake up to comforting jungle sounds and lush greenery all around! We’ll start our day with a morning yoga session that will help us wake up the mind, center the body, and prepare our senses for a day of joy, awareness, and exploration.

After breakfast, we’ll head out on our first adventure to the Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation for a tour and tasting. Upon arrival, we’ll be greeted by a local guide who will take us through the property and explain the growing process, Bali’s unique coffee culture, and introduce us to the Luwak (the small precious animal responsible for Luwak coffee). You’ll sample a variety of flavors and even try the famous Luwak coffee. The coffee plantation is also a great photo opportunity as there are many incredible views, a large platform overhanging the rice paddies, and jungle bridges along the way! We’ll also indulge in some local snacks before we return to the resort. (Optional Excursion. Not included in price; see add-ons below.)

Once we return, we’ll come together for an afternoon yoga session focused on the expansion and cleansing of the heart. Dev will lead you through a dynamic practice of asana, breath, and reflection that is designed to release that which no longer serves you as we open your heart to the possibility of love, forgiveness, and light. After class we’ll enjoy dinner at the resort and soften into the rest of the evening, relaxing as you choose.

Spend the morning snorkeling in idyllic Nusa Lembongan between sunrise and sunset yoga sessions

Rise and shine to another majestic day in Bali with a morning yoga session and delectable breakfast spread at the resort. We’re starting early today because at 8:00 am, we’re headed to the tropical island of Nusa Lembongan for a snorkeling adventure in the turquoise sea. We’ll hop on a boat and cruise around the island to some of the best spots to see colorful fish and an array of underwater creatures. Your captain and crew will provide the snorkeling gear, so all you’ll need is a bathing suit and towel. (Optional excursion. Not included in price; see add-ons below.)

After a morning on the water and a delicious lunch spread, we’ll return to the resort and have some free time to rest and relax. Hang by the pools and soak in more of that Indonesian sun.

Once the evening rolls around, we’ll come together for a group dinner and close out the day with a relaxing yin yoga session and guided meditation. As we slow down together, we will release any tension and blockages you’ve been holding onto (physical and non-physical) as we offer loving gratitude to both the universe and yourself. This is a day of deep practice as we overcome our fears, step into our highest self, and uncover our fullest potential

We’ll start the day with a gentle morning yoga session and enjoy free time around the resort. Our main focus of the day is an afternoon workshop geared towards overcoming fear and stepping out of our comfort zones! We’ll be getting upside down as we develop our inversions (no experience needed, beginners are welcome) followed by yogi playtime as we explore acro/partner yoga with one another and as a group! Both inversions and acro yoga are practices that require us to try new things, challenge our limiting thought patterns, and invite playful childlike energy into our experience. As we overcome our fear we clear space for joy and pleasure to blossom!

After lunch, we’ll have some time for personal leisure which can be used for sunning, spa pampering, or exploration. We’ll close out another great day with dinner at the resort and a circle around the fire, honoring the element of cleansing and rebirth as we reflect together on all that we’ve seen, learned, and accomplished thus far.

Cleanse the body and the soul with a purification ceremony at the Tirta Empul water temple

Last night we honored the element of fire, burning away that which we no longer need to carry. Today, we honor the life giving element of water with a trip to Tirta Empul. After our morning yoga and breakfast, we’ll continue our divine odyssey by visiting this holy spring for a purification ceremony. We’ll learn about the temple grounds, its history, and how to complete the holy bath that will help us cleanse our physical and spiritual bodies.

Back at the resort, enjoy ample free time for relaxation and organic fare before we close out the day with a gentle session of yin yoga and guided meditation.

Close out the retreat with morning yoga, an afternoon of leisure soaking up the island, and a very special closing ceremony event

On our final full day together we have early morning yoga and an exciting evening experiencing one of my favorite offerings on the island - ecstatic dance at the Yoga Barn! But in the between hours you are free to go where your heart takes you. Maybe you’ll journey to a neighboring village or temple, or maybe you’re craving a spa day or more pool time. No matter what you choose, take it all in and soak up every moment of the magic - for tomorrow we begin the journey home.

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?

Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination.
