On this retreat, spend your nights wrapped up in tranquility at a lagoon-front eco-resort and your days enjoying an array of wellness experiences, including daily rising rituals, lunar love leisures, a jungle herbal walk, and other healing activities that will help you decompress and restore your mind, body, and spirit.

TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until January 8, 2024. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by January 8, 2024 and will receive a full refund.

In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip by January 8, 2024 for a refund, excluding the deposit. After January 8, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

You may transfer your spot
At any point until January 8, 2024, you may choose to transfer your spot to another traveler. The price will reflect the current selling price of the trip at the time of transfer. Once the new traveler has been introduced and books their spot, we will refund you for your payments.

Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. We suggest buying your own travel insurance for coverage of cancellations within 30 days of the tour commencing for reasons other than a full tour cancellation.

Welcome Dinner & Cacao Ceremony: What is a Radiant Soul & Why is it so monumental to manifestation?

We welcome you on a very special wellness retreat at one of the most delightful destinations in southeastern Mexico where the famous Lagoon of Seven Colors can be found. Immerse yourself in the laid-back oasis of Bacalar, a dreamy town located near the Mexico-Belize border, just 30 minutes from Chetumal. This little slice of heaven is perfect for a secluded escape highlighted by sunshine, waterfront views, and solitude amidst nature. Upon arriving at the airport, you'll be transferred directly to your accommodation in time to check in. Take a moment to settle in and enjoy your new home away from home, mingle with your fellow retreat companions, and discover the tranquil grounds of the eco-resort.

In the evening, come together to celebrate the start of this healing retreat with a warm welcome dinner and an intention setting cacao ceremony that will help guide you through the rest of this trip.

Good morning — rise to yet another gorgeous day in Bacalar. After a wonderful rising ritual to wake us up, refuel with a hearty breakfast. Then, spend the rest of the morning freely at your own pace. In the afternoon, we'll shift gears and focus on liberating ourselves from our mental barriers with a play time & silent disco party. Dance, play & radiate bliss with this Soul Sparking community party! We've come to the final day of this retreat in beautiful Bacalar — we hope you have had a wonderful and rejuvenating journey connecting with your mind, body, and spirit. After one last rising ritual and delicious breakfast together this morning, we'll head to a free flow integration that will serve as the final session of the trip. Allow Spirit to move through your Radiant Soul with free expression in these last moments of the retreat! From here, it’s time to leave the sanctuary of our hotel behind and depart for the airport. We hope to see you again — travel safe!

    Rancho Encantado is a relaxed eco-resort located in an area of the Yucatan Peninsula that attracts travelers of the eco-conscious mind. Set in a lush, tranquil forest overlooking Lake Bacalar (also known as the Lagoon of Seven Colors), this paradisiacal property is the perfect location for a well-deserved getaway away from the crowds. Here, you'll find a casual open-air restaurant, a spa with a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and a dock with a gazebo. Guest accommodations range from suites to cottages, and all feature terraces with hammocks, ceiling fans, minibars, safes, and tea/coffeemaking facilities. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?

Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.

If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
