Evelina is a passionate yoga teacher with nearly 10 years of teaching experience & holds a 500 hour Yoga teacher training certificate. Over the years she has worked with numerous students both privately and in groups and has delivered multiple workshops & retreats.

Evelina’s journey has been marked by many endings and beginnings – life always had a way of making her constantly move & flow in order to grow. Originally Bulgarian, she moved to the UK in 2001 where she juggled between raising a kid, married life, household duties & a career in structural engineering in a highly masculine environment. Building this new life in a foreign country completely burnt her out and led to her divorce.

Yoga found Evelina in 2013. The practice became her guiding light and slowly pulled her out of the darkness. She gathered the courage to leave the corporate world in 2019 and spent a year in Thailand, devoted to yoga & a multitude of healing mindfulness practices. Upon her return to the UK in the incredibly difficult pandemic period, Evelina established her Yoga & Thai massage practice and since then has been spreading her love for yoga and self-discovery.

Evelina has completed Reiki levels 1 & 2, she holds certificates in Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga for Children and Chakra Massage. Her interests are heavily rooted in the ancient wisdom of the yogic scriptures & the Chakra system. She has keen interest in body work, trauma release, energy healing, Daoism & Tantra.
