Hi, I’m Emma. I believe connecting with Mother Nature allows you to connect better with yourself. I’m always exploring, learning, and growing, especially if a mountain is involved. You can find me hiking to waterfalls, camping next to rivers, and snowboarding from mountain tops. And in my opinion, the more unique the better.

Switzerland welcomes you with open arms! Upon your arrival at Geneva Airport, you'll meet your driver and be transported via a comfortable private vehicle directly to your accommodation in Lucerne, located approximately three hours away. After checking in, your guide will greet you at the hotel and spend some time with you, sharing local stories and dishing out advice on the best spots for food, nightlife, and clubbing. The rest of your evening is entirely yours to spend however you like! Discover the magic of Lucerne, a city often ranked as one of the prettiest in the world as it sits on the shores of an incredibly scenic lake surrounded by majestic mountains. With elegant historical buildings, wonderful restaurants, and a spectacular atmosphere, it is truly the best place to spend your first night in Switzerland!
Rise and shine! After breakfast, it’s time for a taste of history. Today, you’ll visit the biggest underground civilian bunker in the world during a one-hour guided tour. The Sonnenberg Bunker, built in the 1970s as a 1,550-meter tunnel, doubled as a nuclear fallout shelter designed to protect up to 20,000 civilians in the eventuality of war or disaster. Discover this impressive feat of engineering and get an insight into the bunker world of the Cold War as you learn how the Swiss prepared for the threat of a nuclear attack. After the tour, it’s time to head to the mountains. You’ll be picked up from your hotel and taken straight to Zermatt. Enjoy epic views of the iconic Matterhorn, towering 4,478 meters above sea level! Upon arrival, if you still have time, you may be able to pop into the ski rental shop to pick up whatever you may need for your next few days of skiing.
Good morning! Indulge in a delicious breakfast at the hotel. You’ll want plenty of energy for your first full day on the ski slopes! With gear in hand, it’s time to hit the powdered snow. For those of you who are non-skiers, there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy as well, including ice skating, sledding, and snowshoeing (subject to extra fees). Our guide will be on hand to give you all the recommendations you may need. If you’re looking for the best place to get some delicious hot chocolate, just ask! Note: Ski passes are included for those who have an Ikon Pass. For travelers without this pass, you may choose to include single-day passes upon booking this tour (see optional add-ons section below).
After a filling breakfast this morning, you’ll have the chance to hit the ski slopes again. Like yesterday, you are free to enjoy the snow and non-skiers may choose to spend the day doing alternative activities (subject to extra fees). Then, once you’ve had enough of the snow, enjoy a guided tour with our local guide, who will share interesting local stories with you and give you more recommendations on the best spots in town. As evening arrives, our guide will prepare an authentic Swiss outdoor BBQ for your group to enjoy, complete with delicious local sausages, cheese, and snacks. Water will also be included, but you are welcome to purchase other types of beverages at the local grocery store to bring with you to the BBQ.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading to the ski slopes once more. Today is your last full day of skiing so be sure to make the most of your final session! Don’t forget to snap plenty of selfies and photographs here in Zermatt before the day ends! Tomorrow, we’ll be heading to Geneva.
After a final breakfast in Zermatt, your driver will be taking you to luxurious Geneva, perhaps best known as Switzerland's most international city. Upon arriving, check into your accommodation for the night. You’ll have the rest of the day to yourself — feel free to explore your surroundings! Nestled between the expansive Lac Léman (Lake Geneva) and the mountains, Geneva has plenty of stories to tell, so be sure to dive into the heart of this thriving city and immerse yourself in its buzzing atmosphere.
We hope you’ve enjoyed your adventure in Switzerland. Today, you’ll get to enjoy one last breakfast here in Geneva before checking out and arranging your transportation to the airport. Until next time — we hope to see you again soon!
