We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Aug 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -4), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.
If you cancel your trip from Aug 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -4) onwards, no refunds will be issued.

-As you arrive in Cozumel, the island's warm breeze and crystal-clear waters greet you, signaling the start of our transformative journey.
-After settling into Hotel B Cozumel – a chic boutique spot blending modern vibes with authentic Mexican flair – you have the afternoon to yourself. Dive into the turquoise ocean, lounge by the pool, or wander through vibrant local markets brimming with culture.
-At 7:00 pm, we'll come together for dinner, sharing our first meal as a community.
-We’ll officially kick off the retreat with a heartfelt welcome ceremony. Through connection games and grounding practices, we'll set our intentions and begin our adventure exploring the depths of the ocean and ourselves.
Day 2 · October 15, 2025
Embracing the breath – from depths within to depths below
-As the sun rises over Cozumel, we kick off the day with a nourishing breakfast to energize us for what's ahead.
-At 9:30 am, gather for a transformative Breath Seminar, diving into theory and techniques that harness the power of our breath to calm the mind, empower the body and balance the spirit.
-This practice flows seamlessly into our Hatha Yoga session, where we'll integrate breathwork with movement. Focusing on PAILS (Progressive Angular Isometric Loading)/RAILS (Regressive Angular Isometric Loading) techniques, we'll work on enhancing our flexibility and strength, exploring the edges of our mobility in a safe and mindful way.
-After a refreshing lunch at noon, the afternoon beckons with adventure. At 1:00 pm, it's dive time – a chance to explore Cozumel's famed underwater world. Whether you're an experienced diver or trying it out for the first time, immersing yourself in these crystal-clear waters offers a glimpse into a mesmerizing aquatic realm. If you prefer to stay on land, feel free to explore the island's rich culture, perhaps visiting local artisan shops or simply relaxing by the sea.
-When the sun sets, we'll reconvene for dinner, then wind down with a soothing Yin Yoga session and Ocean Meditation, allowing our bodies to release and relax through gentle, sustained stretches.
Day 3 · October 16, 2025
Journey into tradition – embracing fire and heart
-After breakfast, we'll flow into a Mobility Yoga session focused on Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS), gently moving each joint through its full range of motion to enhance flexibility and body awareness.
-This mindful movement prepares us for our Breathwork session, where we'll dive deeper into conscious breathing techniques to center the mind and invigorate the spirit.
-After a refreshing lunch, our adventure continues with a Temazcal ceremony – a traditional Mayan sweat lodge experience. Guided by a local shaman, we'll enter the earthen structure to cleanse and detoxify, both physically and spiritually.
-As evening approaches, we'll share dinner then gather for a sacred Cacao Ceremony. Sipping ceremonial-grade cacao, we'll open our hearts and set intentions, while the surrounding sounds of nature enhance our meditation. The evening concludes with a serene Jungle Meditation, allowing us to integrate the day's experiences and deepen our connection with ourselves and the natural world.
Day 4 · October 17, 2025
Building bonds through yoga and rhythm
-Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast, followed by Partner Yoga, where synchronized movements and shared breath deepen your bonds and enhance mutual trust.
-At 10:30 am, engage in a Breathwork session that may incorporate partner techniques, amplifying your collective energy and mindfulness.
-The afternoon offers free time for diving or leisure. Whether you choose to plunge into Cozumel’s stunning underwater landscapes or wander the island’s vibrant streets and hidden spots, this time is yours to connect with both nature and fellow retreat members.
-Gather for dinner at 6:00 pm, sharing stories and reflections from the day’s adventures.
-At 7:00 pm, immerse yourself in a Drum Circle, where powerful rhythms and communal beats create a vibrant atmosphere of unity and joy.
Day 5 · October 18, 2025
Flow and reflection – one last day in paradise
-Start your final day with a hearty breakfast and a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga session, where flowing sequences and synchronized breath guide you through a dance of strength and flexibility.
-Transition smoothly into a calming Yin Yoga practice, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to settle into stillness.
-After a nourishing lunch, the afternoon offers one last block of time for diving or leisure.
-As the sun begins to set, gather for our final dinner, sharing your favorite experiences and cherished memories from the retreat.
-Finally, join us for the Closing Circle and Meditation, where we’ll reflect on our transformative journey together. Through guided meditation and heartfelt conversations, we'll honor the connections we've made and the personal growth we've achieved.
Day 6 · October 19, 2025
Embracing the journey’s end
-Enjoy one final breakfast at the hotel before we gather for a heartfelt Farewell Practice, where we'll reflect on our transformative journey, celebrate our growth, and honor the connections we've made.
-Check out from the hotel and hop in the group transfer to the airport, sharing final smiles and lasting memories. Safe travels home and be well!

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
