TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until November 20, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. Welcome to Mexico, your energy hygiene reset awaits.
As you arrive at Cancun International Airport, our group transfer will whisk you away to the serene Ekumal Eco-Sanctuary outside of Tulum. After settling into your accommodations, you'll have some free time to relax and soak in the beauty of this jungle haven.
In the evening, we'll come together to set our intentions for the retreat, ground in together with our breath and a sound journey, clear any energy or logistics around unplugging and then lock our phones up for the next 3 days.
From there, we share our first meal together and our welcome dinner will provide a delicious start to our journey, fostering connections and setting the stage for a week of growth, self-discovery, and energetic reset.
Day 2 · January 28, 2025
Nourish, Connect, and Recharge: Embracing Holistic Wellness in Nature
We’ll begin our mornings with a tranquil group ritual, followed by a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day. Dive deeper into self-discovery with an invigorating cacao ceremony – a sacred and ancient ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to facilitate heart-opening experiences and spiritual connection. This session will lend itself to an engaging energy hygiene workshop led by Shenna, where you’ll explore the scale of consciousness, learn how to integrate muscle testing into your decision making, and practice elevating your energetic frequency.
Afterward, you'll have time for personal reflection, integration, and relaxation, surrounded by Mexico's natural beauty. When the sun sets, we’ll come together for a delicious dinner, fostering deeper connections with the group and sharing the day's insights for further integrations.

Release negative energy and toxins in your body with a Temazcal ceremony
After we ground and align through our Morning Ritual, enjoy a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day’s adventures. The energy hygiene workshop with Shenna will be focused on releasing daily tools to negative energy, emotions & toxins in the body.
Following some free time and lunch, delve into more ancient traditions with a Temazcal ceremony – a deeply cleansing and spiritually enriching Mexican sweat lodge ritual, fostering physical detoxification and profound emotional release. From here, use your free time to reflect on the experience before gathering for a group dinner under the stars.
Day 4 · January 30, 2025
Go on a fun-filled adventure with ATVs, a hidden cenote, and the jungle backdrop all around
Our final full day of this retreat begins with a golden sunrise and our grounding Morning Ritual. After savoring a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day, we’ll delve into an enriching workshop led by Shenna learning about the power of prioritizing your play.
Our afternoon takes us off the resort grounds to embark on an exhilarating ATV adventure through the jungle. The experience will culminate at the mystical El Toh Cenote, where you’ll have time to swim, relax, and reflect.
Back at the resort, we’ll have some time to freshen up before we start saying our goodbyes at a memorable farewell dinner. This is the time and space to reflect, laugh, share gratitude, and prepare for the physical and spiritual journey home.

Say farewell to Mexico and hello to your elevated self
As the sun rises, we'll commence our Morning Ritual with a Future Self Sound Journey designed to help you integrate your retreat, then enjoy a final breakfast together before checking out of our accommodations, embarking on a group transfer to Cancun International Airport. This ride concludes our transformative journey here in Mexico, but the memories and wisdom gained will take you beyond what you ever thought was possible. Safe travels and be well!

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
