Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Feb 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -6), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.
If you cancel your trip from Mar 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -6) onwards, no refunds will be issued.

Day 1 · May 7, 2025
Peace out, real life – tranquil Costa Rica awaits
-You will arrive in Costa Rica at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), ready for 4 nights of total bliss. Meet up with your fellow travelers for the first time as you head to the resort via group transfer.
-Check in at Naya Nosara, our eco-conscious haven nestled in the lush jungles lining the shores.
-At 5:00 pm, we will come together for our first session, setting intentions and expectations of our time together to come.
-Enjoy a welcome dinner that introduces you to the region’s delicious flavors.
-Tonight, a special cacao ceremony opens our hearts and brings us even closer together to fully relax into the comfort of our retreat.
Day 2 · May 8, 2025
Farmer’s market exploration
-We rise and shine for our first full day in Nosara, beginning the day with a relaxing yin yoga session that sets the mood of peace for the day to come.
-A delightful breakfast fuels us, then we embark on a tour of the local farmer’s market, where we will learn more about local culture, wares, and cuisine. We will also enjoy a local lunch along the way.
-After our tour, return to the resort and indulge in time to explore and unwind as you please. Head down to the beach, take a dip in the pool, or take a rest in our cozy accommodations.
-Come back together with the group over dinner, where we will share our experiences of the day.
-Tonight, our guided meditation, led by Shyrell, invites us to lean into relaxation and end the day on a totally at-peace vibe. Sweet dreams!
Day 3 · May 9, 2025
Dive deeper
-An energizing power yoga session begins our day, followed by a delicious breakfast prepared with wholesome ingredients.
-An excursion provides new insight into Nosara.
-After exploring, return to the resort to indulge in some free time – however you spend your afternoon is up to you!
-Tonight, we share dinner together before a mindfulness workshop, introducing and integrating tools to increase our presence and introspection.
Day 4 · May 10, 2025
Final full day of fun
-Begin today with a morning yoga session that centers us in preparation for our last full-day here in Nosara, followed by a tasty breakfast we have come to know and love.
-We will take an excursion together that shows yet another side of this retreat, and eat lunch as we explore.
-Come back to the resort for a final afternoon to wander the grounds and take advantage of the amenities at our retreat space.
-Dinner brings us back together before our nighttime Temazcal ceremony. Release any limiting beliefs or negative energy that might still be lingering through this storied practice, and retire for your final night of sleep washed with relief.
Day 5 · May 11, 2025
Farewell, friends!
-Begin your day with a final early morning yoga session, relaxing your mind and releasing any tension as we prepare for our day of travel.
-Breakfast energizes us, and then our closing session follows to bring all we have learned together.
-At noon, we will check out of the resort and head back to the airport via group transfer.
-As you embark on your travels home, your memories will come with you, leaving a piece of our time together with you forever.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
Do I need a passport for this trip?
A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country. Most international tours require a passport that's valid for at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your Itinerary.
