Costa Rica called, and we are answering!

-Touchdown! You’ll arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), ready to kick off an adventure-packed getaway. The group will meet up for the first time and embark on our scenic transfer to our lush accommodation nestled in La Fortuna.

-You'll settle into our resort, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano and tropical greenery.

-We will gather for a welcome dinner, sharing more about ourselves and what to expect from our time together. The rest of the night is free to begin exploring the resort's amenities or catch some ZZZs after your travel day.

Chasing waterfalls, trekking trails

-Start the day with a burst of energy from a yummy breakfast and bold local coffee to prepare for an exciting day in the great outdoors.

-La Fortuna River Waterfall is located in a biological reserve with an area of 210 hectares of premontane tropical rainforest transition, is part of the Arenal Volcano National Park and is located 520 meters above sea level, where the springs of the mountains and the waters of the Fortuna River emerge. As you trek, enjoy a high-intensity ascent accompanied by postcard-perfect views, then take a dip in the refreshing waters of the Fortuna River as the falls roar above.

-Next, you’ll visit the Arenal 1968 Mirador Park, where you can explore the trails (selfguided) and observe abundant flora and fauna. During your hike, you can see and follow the old lava flows of 1968 that lead you to a viewpoint for the majestic Arenal Volcano.

-Now, it’s time to head back and recover back at the resort. After a day packed with adventure, enjoy free time to recharge—whether that’s lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot springs, or simply taking in the serene surroundings.
